After 15 years of hotels development and property management in Europe, we decided to use our expertise to help others live their dreams, and offer a hassle-free experience of owning a holiday home.
We designed the concept of OWN18 to increase as much as possible the pleasure/cost ratio of owning a dream house.
Also we wanted to find better ways of enjoying a personal holiday home for the planet.
The usage ratio of OWN18 properties is the highest on the market and therefore better for the eco-system.
Finally, we also wanted to develop something with a real impact on the world.
