In the second conversation, we explain the model, contracts, and legal structure in detail. We also check your needs (vacation periods, usage, taxation) match those of the other co-owners.
Property Visit
You visit the home (or enjoy a full virtual tour). If it’s a match, you can reserve your share while you finalize your decision.
Signing & Onboarding
Once confirmed, you sign your share agreement. You access your personal space, book your dates, and enjoy the OWN18 service experience.
