Essaluna

A small, gated estate just three kilometres from the medina.

ESSALUNA comprises thirteen single-storey villas set on a landscaped, tree-lined plot of 1.28 hectares, in the residential area of Ghazoua. The architecture draws on Essaouira’s traditional beldi style — low-rise volumes finished in lime plaster, local stone cladding, wooden joinery and wrought-iron details — reinterpreted in a contemporary, light-filled design. Each villa has its own enclosed garden, swimming pool and parking space.

Shared facilities are limited to the private access road, the controlled entrance gate and the caretaker’s lodge, where the on-site guardian resides. Low communal charges, none of the constraints of communal living: everyone enjoys the privacy of their own home.
